Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club (IGC), with its classic halls and rich art & culture provides the perfect ambiance to enjoy a warm, familiar and cosy atmosphere.
The meeting starts at 10:00, with a cup of coffee or tea and a chance to catch up with old friends, and meet new members.
At 10:30 we assemble in one of the Club’s presentation rooms to listen to the monthly guest speaker.
After the meeting from 12:00-12:30, the IWC offers you a glass of wine or soft drink, and then anyone interested is invited to join members who like to enjoy lunch together at a nearby Chinese restaurant or the Sociëteit restaurant of the Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club.
The IWC Amsterdam has no political, religious, spiritual or commercial affiliations.
Every two years members are invited to propose and, by a voting system, choose a Charity which is then supported by funds raised through various Club activities during this term. Charities we support essentially work with children and/or women, are non-religious in nature and are registered foundations under Dutch law. They must also possess an ANBI status or CBF Keurmerk.
Potential new members and guests are very welcome. Every nationality may join our club, so come along and join one of Amsterdam’s friendliest women’s groups!
Dress: "Smart casual" is the required dress code for the Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club.
Please note that there is a €5.00 entrance fee for guests.
